ICN is committed to bringing high standard beauty education to the people. To provide students with a more practical learning experience, ICN constantly upgrades its facilities by importing the most advanced equipment. Hence, students will be able to benefit from the hands-on experience and set foot in the society once they have graduated. Popular High-tech equipment related to beauty industry like the LPG Slimming Machine, PR Cell, IPL, etc. are acquired to provide students with better knowledge of operating such machines and for practical experience. Classrooms and practical rooms are equipped with various visual aids and interactive equipments to enable students to learn in a more interesting environment. On top of that, a large collection of local as well as overseas reference books and relevant magazines is available to keep students updated with the current beauty trends. Students can be assured that the knowledge they are armed with is very much relevant to the ever-changing industry.
Apart from the basic training, students can also benefit immeasurably from other activities ICN Academy organises from time to time. For instance, ICN invites well-known local and overseas speakers from the industry to conduct seminars on popular topics regularly. Through these talks, students can gain invaluable knowledge and seek professional advices from the speakers. Workshops are also part of the learning programme where students discuss and share their experiences through practical work. Affiliated with many reputed beauty salons, ICN offers industry attachments that provide students with opportunities to put their skills to practice. Roadshows are also held frequently for students to come face to face with potential customers, hence giving them the relevant public exposure. All these learning programmes are necessary in preparing students for work in the industry and bringing them a step closer to the real world.
We are able to accept a total capacity of 40 students. Our Student-teacher ratio is 12:1. We have 1 classroom (40 students) and 2 practice rooms (12-20 students) supported by full time trainers.
