To carry out a more practical education teamed with current lifestyle and market situation, besides focusing on the fundamental skills and advance beauty techniques, ICN ensures their courses are updated and relevant to the evolving market trends. At the same time, ICN has not neglected the importance of grooming the students themselves. Building the confidence levels of the students and adding zest to their lives have become a crucial part of the learning process.

ICN Academy is founded by a group of beauty services providers in September 2003. The founders have worked in reputed beauty salons and possess 20 over years of combined experience. Their expertise is no doubt widely recognised, having won acclaim from customers for their excellent skills and services.

All ICN founders share a zeal for beauty and hope to impart their wealth of knowledge, skills, attitude and experiences with like-minded people. Relentless in pursuit of their dreams, and with the continuous support from families and friends, ICN is born. The aim of establishing ICN is to train and nurture potentials to become highly skilled, responsible and professional beauticians in near future.

Apart from that, ICN aims to break new ground and take beauty education to greater heights. They hope to enliven the beauty industry, elevate the beauty standards and transform Singapore into a premier beauty hub in Asia.

Motivated by a positive attitude, ICN is confident in elevating the beauty standard in Singapore by a few notches in the near future. At the same time, ICN plans to expand and transform into Singapore’s one-stop beauty academy and a premier beauty education provider in Asian region.

Service Guarantees
We will clearly advise prospective Students on pre-requisites and requirements applicable to the various courses

  • We are committed to protect Students against non-conformance to course guidelines.

Contractual Commitment
All prospective Students will enter into a Standard Student Contract with our school upon confirmation on enrolment into the courses.

  • Under the Student Protection Scheme, all International Students will need to open a Student Tuition Fee ESCROW Account with a CASE-endorsed Bank. Local Students can opt-in to this scheme using the Standard Student Contract (LOCAL).

Securities and Confidentiality of Student Information

  • All Students’ particulars obtained are solely for the purposes of completing course submission.
  • We will seek consent from Students should their particulars be used for purposes other than internal marketing and billing purposes.
  • We will ensure that the Student information is kept confidential at all times.

Payments and Refund

  • We are committed to the accuracy of charging our Students.  
  • The exact amount of tuition fees and non-tuition fees (including security deposits if any), the payment terms, refund policy and transfer / withdrawal policy relating to the course will be clearly specified in the Standard Student Contract.
  • Method of payment for tuition fees to the Escrow Account will be as per the Case-Endorsed Bank requirements.
  • Method of payment for all other fees will be in Singapore Dollar. Types of payment accepted include cash, NETs, credit cards and cheques.
  • We will issue receipts to acknowledge down payments and all payments.

Discounted and Promotional Prices

  • Any discounted prices for selected courses shall be prominently displayed and communicated to the Students.
  • For any promotions introduced, the period for which the promotion is valid shall be clearly stated.

Business Ethics

  • Our staffs shall not engage in unethical sales tactics to mislead the students.
  • Students are encouraged to report any unethical incidence to the management immediately.
